The production of the molds requires good  project management. this is why we at Zhan Yu Da developed our own project management system.our rich experience learns that time to market and one time right strategy is essential for success.

   .Order Confirmation·

  

Order will be confirmed often in  one day.the engineer will assign for next step.If the product need to be modified, advice  and solutions will be shown in DFM(feasibility study).

         .Project process.

Standard process  from Zhan Yu Da goes  from order intaken till  mold shipping . every process need accompanied with the  reports and  need approval from customers before next stage start. To allow our customers updated information about their project(s),we send weekly reports on a weekly base.The customer will have one person to who responsible for the complete project and communication.




        .Mold design·

The assigned engineer  will transfer the detailed analysis of all data and your requirements  to design and manufacturing department. Our design  engineer will make mold layout first by DFM analysis  which GA study can  start .A good mold design  determines the success of any product and first time right is key. Good design input minimises processing problems, shortens cycle times and gets your product to market faster. That’s the goal of our design department.

       .Mold Manufacture·

Zhan Yu Da Mold has an in-house tooling department focusing on tool design, tool changes and production support.

All tools built for external customers  go through a thorough design review phase and approval process before any steel is cut.

Once the tool is ready, an extensive inspection is conducted to verify that this tool is according to the highest standards.

  .Highlight of operation.

From CNC, EDM, EDM wire-cutting, grinding, polishing or assembly of tools;  all these  processes are executed in house. This makes us flexible and gives us control. Individual mold components and EDM electrodes

are consistently monitored and measured by our quality control department.

.Mold Trial&Production.

Weekly reports will be sent to customers after the final GA

approved. These reports will allow our customer to have an updated time schedule for his project.

Molding Processing Parameter reports and Product Inspection Reports will be sent to customer after trial.if customer need parts production, will arrange the production after parts order placed.





 

       .Mold Modification.

In case that the first trials show an unexpected result a mold modification might be necessary.

First our engineer will make a technical analysis by PPT to customer and use this for reference. After technical analysis is being approved the

mold modification will start. Modification reports and new trial date will be shared with the customer.




 

Tool inspection and packing.

Tool will be completely inspected and accompanied with the appropriate

 inspection reports. When all documents are prepared and ready customer is informed. Shipment of molds is done according to customer’s wish and  requirements. Of course all 2D and 3D drawings, spare parts, electrodes etc. are sent as well. All moulds are packed in bespoke crates and wrapped with soft PE film.






       .After sale&Feedback.

Once the tool is supplied to you, our representative will  contact you to discuss any possible experience from your side. We need this follow up to improve our  future shipments. In case of any lost or damaged goods we will do our utmost best to replace such items. Of course this includes technical support.
