ZYD Mould is certified and committed to ISO9001:2008 Standard. we check every component supplied by our suppliers. once the final CAD is approved, our engineers will check the CAD again carefully and make the BOM list to order the cavity ,core and components .will check the manufactured components  by CMM machines.if any mistakes made, will send the information to customers first time to get solution . always have two trials before send the good partsto customers to check the dimensions and function by ourselves . molded parts will betested and inspected by CMM machine. Inspection reports will be sent to customers with samples.
